Eco Award 2018: Two Awards Received!
Bremen-based IT and Marketing Service Provider Consultix Wins Eco Award 2018 in Two Categories
Bremen, 29 November 2018. Yesterday evening the leading heads of the German Internet industry honored their most forward-looking companies with the eco award 2018. The award went to Bremen twice: In the Cloud category, Consultix GmbH won the race with its GDPR-compliant digital marketing solution ProCampaign Lighthouse. The winner in the category Datacenter Infrastructure was the sister company ColocationIX GmbH with its high-security data center of the same name.
Consultix Marketing Automation ProCampaign Lighthouse: Winner of the Category Cloud
Consultix has developed ProCampaign Lighthouse, a secure Customer Engagement Hub for individualized marketing campaigns and e-commerce activities. It is currently the only marketing automation that fully meets the requirements of the EU-GDPR for the handling of personal data and may carry the renowned European Privacy Seal (EuroPriSe). In addition to the certificates and other IT security features, the jury was convinced by the fact that the software can be used on a multinational scale, integrates conveniently into existing systems via user-friendly interfaces, and provides customer references and market relevance.
ColocationIX: Winner of the category Datacenter Infrastructure
The ISO 27001 certified data center ColocationIX is one of the most modern data centers in Europe with its future-oriented physical and digital security level as well as its award-winning energy-efficient air conditioning concept. Ideally located in Bremen, it is hidden behind two meter thick reinforced concrete walls in a former nuclear shelter. Access to the five self-contained data centers is only possible via a three-factor authentication. When it comes to air conditioning, ColocationIX uses geothermal technology and saves up to 90 percent in electricity costs in this area. In addition, permanent oxygen reduction prevents possible flame formation. The shareholders can also look back on more than 20 years of expertise in development competence and data protection. ColocationIX impressed the jury with its highest digital and physical security as well as its innovative fire protection and air conditioning concept.
