The principle is quite simple: For each purchase or activity defined, your customer receives points which he can then exchange for a reward, a voucher or a monetary advantage. The ProCampaign® Bonus Point Engine helps you to handle simple, complex or performance-intensive point calculations. No matter how complex and individual the set of rules may be, everything can be implemented with the ProCampaign® Bonus Points Engine.


Connecting Offline and Online - Integrating the POS

Via REST-API, SOAP or via the ProCampaign® Data Broker, your cash registers can be connected to ProCampaign® at the point of sale or in the web shop. Each purchase transaction of your bonus program participants is recorded, processed and the collected or redeemed points are calculated in real time and transmitted to the POS for printing on the receipt.


Loyalty card management

ProCampaign® links people, cards and accounts that are managed separately in the system. This makes it possible for several people to collect bonus points with different cards on the same account (e.g. partner cards).


Give your customers control over their data - in the Self-Service-Portal and in the App

In the Self-Service-Portal, a special login area on your website, the participants of your bonus program can manage their personal data, view the current score and purchases / activities made, submit requests and indicate personal preferences. Personal data is securely stored and managed in the ProCampaign® 360° customer profile
Your app can also be connected to ProCampaign®. New customers can use your app to register for the bonus program, view and change their personal data, check their points balance and carry out defined actions.


Relevant customer communication - target group selection and marketing automation

Using the Customer Journey Automation integrated in ProCampaign®, you can define your customers' journey, select your target groups and automate individualized communication. For example, you can automatically send point balance e-mails, individual product recommendations based on purchases made, bonus suggestions or coupon codes.


Answer requests in real time - with the ProCampaign® Contact Center

The ProCampaign® Contact Center solution gives your customer service team a quick overview of all relevant customer data: Personal data, loyalty cards, purchases made, points collected and redeemed, and much more. With just a few clicks, your customer service staff can trigger predefined processes, e.g. the subsequent dispatch of a customer card or the addition of extra points as a gesture of goodwill.


Get to know your customers better and better - with ProCampaign® Surveys

Would you like to learn more about the preferences and interests of your bonus program participants? No problem. With ProCampaign® Surveys, you simply create a catalogue of possible questions, which are then displayed all at once or gradually after each login in the self-service portal or in the app. By displaying only one or a few questions, the willingness of your customers to answer these questions increases. Use the information for targeting and create even more relevance for your customers.
