Andres Dickehut, CEO of Consultix GmbH, estimates that about 50 to 70 percent of all customer data in Germany will not be legally compliant when the European General Data Protection Regulation will be introduced. With ProCampaign, however, decision-makers and users in digital marketing are on safe ground: As the only marketing and CRM tool, the product has been awarded twice the prestigious European Privacy Seal (EuroPriSe) as well as the DSGSVO data protection seal of approval of the ULD [1]. Every successful campaign starts with the written consent of the recipient. Following this core statement, the ProCampaign Permission Text Management offers the legally compliant administration of all permission and legal texts. Thus, the temporary version of the consent given by the customer is available in the hub for each customer profile. If a company or shop updates its consent text, the marketer can send a targeted mailing to all customers for whom the opt-in of the current version is missing. All functionalities, all customer data are integrated into the central database and are controlled from here. The fewer different tools and systems, the greater the overview of compliance with current data protection regulations.              

Cross- and upselling thanks to integrated recommendation engine

Smell today what the customer will buy tomorrow ─ The marketer's wish is behind ProCampaign's new Product Recommendation Engine. Its algorithm evaluates product purchases and creates individual priority lists with product suggestions for each customer profile. ProCampaign displays these via personalized e-mail or in the online shop. The engine automatically considers product bundles, highlights seasonal and promotional items and weights the selection according to the specifications. Marketers can link the engine to the rating tool ProCampaign Rating & Reviews to derive affinities from analyzed customer ratings, which are then transformed into product suggestions.         

Focus on convenience and service

With ProCampaign Lighthouse it' s comfortable: In the drag-and-drop email editor, responsive mailings are created in no time at all. Users fill intuitively designed templates with text and image material, animated GIFs, videos, product data and ratings as they please.

With the fully integrated and flexible contact center solution, the customer moves even more into the center. Here, ProCampaign call center agents have access to customer profiles stored in the hub, e-mails received, sweepstake participations and orders. In a telephone support conversation, employees find and view online customers with their complete history and fulfill their wishes in real time.
