Pharma Marketing Bonn 2019 - Follow-Up


The ProCampaign® team was exhibiting for the second time at the Inspirato Pharma Marketing in Bonn from 10th to 11th October. In the multiple award-winning Kameha Grand Bonn Hotel, directly at the Bonner Bogen, about 100 conference participants found a place on or next to the stage. Under the motto "When Passion Meets Trust", 23 speakers gave exciting lectures on pharma and marketing and provided insights into current trends.

Key-Speaker, futurologist and innovation expert Dietmar Dahnen was there for the first time. In his very interactive and impulsive presentation he talked about the fact that success is a "fightclub" and that this results in problems that ask for solutions. In this way, Dahnen drew attention to targeted attacks from outside, which already affect individual areas of a company and could mean a knockout. According to the speaker, marketing is becoming increasingly complex, which is why instruments such as artificial intelligence, cross reality and blockchain will play an important role in the near feature.

The focus is on disruption as a solution to the problem. "Fight back" is Dahnen's motto and indicates that marketers should always stay on the move and must become "technical dancers". Disruption increases the customer experience and customer satisfaction as better tools and new methods are developed. "The customer makes the success", Dahnen summed up and finally drew attention to the fact that success would not be possible without trust.

Other exciting presentations included topics such as retail media, optimized placements on marketplaces such as Amazon or targeted content strategies to successfully place products in the market without losing potential. Subsequently, the Inspirato Pharma Marketing awards were presented in the three categories OTC-Company of the Year, OTC-Brand of the Year and OTC-New-Launch of the Year - this is how the most innovative companies and brands are honored each year.

The ProCampaign® team looks back on another very successful event this year and thanks all participants for the very structured event and the many interesting discussions at our booth.
