Open your conference room, for example:

3. Step
Please enter a password for your conference under the (i) in the lower right corner and press the return key.
From now on the access to your meeting is password protected.
4. Step
Copy the URL to your meeting room and invite all participants by e-mail by providing the link and conference password.
You are ready!
Meet with your participants at the agreed time.

Important notes:
- Optimal: Use Jitsi Meet - sponsored by ProCampaign® as desktop version in the browser of your end devices for a guaranteed problem-free Video Conference.
- Conferences without password protection can be opened by other participants via the URL.
- Whoever is first in the meeting, has the moderator role.
- When everyone leaves the conference room, the room name is automatically released again. Therefore, you should use cryptic room names. Participants do not need to remember this name anyway when they receive an invitation by e-mail.
